SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our products ship from our warehouse within *3-5* working days after your order is placed and your payment is received. Most of our clothing items are hand-made over-seas (Germany, Italy, China). For international orders: If you live in a location that enforces customs fees you will be responsible for all taxes/customs fees enforced. Jewelry ships separately from clothing. *You may receive your order in multiple shipments*
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your items are shipped from our warehouse. You can track the status of your order at PackageMapping.com. Tracking may take up to 3 working days to update. Our shipping times listed at checkout are only an estimate. We are not responsible for any mail courier delays or delays caused by your local post office. Shipping costs are non-refundable. (Shipping to countries other than the USA may take 3-6 weeks or longer depending on the customs regulations of your country) However, we do offer expedited shipping.

In some unlikely events, packages may take up to 30 business days for delivery. We are not responsible for any mail courier delays or delays caused by your local post office. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- SHIPMENTS MAY REQUIRE SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY - we require your signature upon delivery for your benefit. In the case that there is no recipient home to sign for your package the items will be delivered back to the nearest post office in your location.
TRACKING- Go to https://packagemapping.com to track your orders. To locate your tracking number, click on the link in your shipping confirmation email that says "view order". If you are unable to track your package please contact us as soon as possible.
- What does "In Transit" Mean?
Item has shipped from originating country and is en route to its destination. General explanation:
- Your package has been handed over to the carrier.
- Your package has been dispatched or departed from its country of origin.
- Your package has arrived its destination country and pending customs inspection.
- Your package has arrived its destination country and during domestic transportation.
- Your package is under another transportation period. For instance, it's in another country as a transit point and will be forwarded from there to its final destination country.
- Why hasn't my tracking information updated?
Generally, after we ship your package, it will be processed by the carrier, then they scan and enter the tracking information. There might be a delay between these scanning events and tracking availability in their system. Usually it takes a few days for processing, therefore the tracking information may not appear online immediately, please try to track again later.
Once we ship your package, it is in the hands of the mail carrier. Style Wearhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that state delivered inside a mailbox of the shipping address the customer inputs at checkout. Double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes. Please keep in mind we ship to where you, the customer inputs at checkout.
- My tracking info shows my package was delivered, but I never received it.
If your tracking information is updated to "Delivered" and you have not received your package please check with your local post office, leasing office, or a neighbor to ensure it was not delivered to any of the stated locations before contacting us. Style Wearhouse provides customers with the option to track packages. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service and discuss the issue with them. Reach USPS at +1 (800) 222-1811 for USA orders. Please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in case they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers. We will do our best to assist you, but Style Wearhouse does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen. Please contact your local mail carrier and post office to file a claim.
Returns (when purchasing from us you agree to the terms below)
Exchanges only, no refunds
Please contact us within 3 days after receiving the item and and return to us within 10 days of the delivery date for exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We also charge a 15% restocking fee for all exchanges.
Orders that were shipped free: Orders that were shipped free will also be charged a shipping fee in addition to our 15% restocking fee.
Our policy lasts 10 days from receipt of your order. If 10 days have gone by since you've received your package, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. This is determined by the delivery date obtained by your orders tracking number.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be un-used and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not offer exchanges on:
-Any item not in its original condition
-Damaged or worn items
-Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
-Swimwear due to hygienic reasons. All swimwear items are final sale.
-Jewelry is final sale
-Shape-wear is final sale
-Makeup & tools are final sale
-Accessories are final sale
We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items.

-We do not offer refunds due to mail carrier delays. Our shipping times are only estimates. If you are unable to track your package please contact us and we will resolve the issue for you. Although it is rare, mail carrier delays do sometimes occur, please understand that we are not at fault for these delays.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and we will exchange your item within a certain amount of days. Please do not send back items that are used, we will not offer exchanges on items that are not in new condition & you will be responsible for shipping costs.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will only exchange damaged items for the same exact item purchased. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We fulfill orders as they come in and they cannot be canceled after 2 hours of when they are placed. Once an order is placed we cannot alter or add onto the order.

All merchandise is inspected thoroughly before shipping. We cannot take fault on damaged items after they are worn. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package if there are any manufacture defects or an item is broken.
Zippers are tested before fulfilling an order to reassure they are working properly. We cannot take fault if a zipper is forced broken while trying on. We're also not liable for stress tears on the seam of an item if being forced on or fitting too snug.
Orders that were shipped free: Orders that were shipped free will have shipping charges deducted from their online credit if you need to return the item.
Customer pays for shipping both ways if an item has to be returned. If your package is returned back to us as undeliverable we will contact you as soon as it arrives back. At that time you will be invoiced for shipping to reattempt delivery. If it has exceeded the total days we allow for a return we cannot issue credit or in any case cancel the order. We as merchants are not liable for an undelivered package due to incorrect shipping address of being left unclaimed at the post office. We are not responsible for items shipped to a wrong address, please keep in mind we ship to where you, the customer inputs at checkout.
