Once your item ships from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email. To view your tracking number and order status click on the link in your shipping confirmation email that says "View your order". If you placed multiple orders or your items shipped separately, you will receive multiple confirmation emails and a tracking number for each shipped package. Please note that tracking may take 3-5 working days to update. Items do not ship on holidays or non-business days. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order and ship your package out. (Processing may take longer for back-order/pre-order items)

We offer FREE SHIPPING to the USA, 12-24 days. 

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Weekends and public holidays are not included.

We process all orders within 3-5 business days excluding holidays and weekends.

In some unlikely events, packages may take up to 30 business days for delivery. We are not responsible for any mail courier delays or delays caused by your local post office. Our job is to pack and ship your order out as soon as possible. Once we ship your package out it is in the hands of the mail carrier. Unfortunately we cannot control how fast they process it through checkpoints, which is why we do not offer refunds for this type of issue. So sorry dolls!

-We do not offer refunds due to mail carrier delays. Our shipping times are only estimates. If you are unable to track your package please contact us and we will resolve the issue for you. Although it is rare, mail carrier delays do sometimes occur, please understand that we are not at fault for these delays.
